This is a short film competition and hence ONLY Short Films should be submitted NO DOCUMENTARIES. The entries can be short digital animation films too on the topic. FORMAT: The films may be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format. The recommended ratios are: 16:9 / 16:9 Full Height Anamorphic – in DV / HDV.

1) Before going to the registration, pay the registration fee through paytm with your registered mobile number.

2) After completion of payment, note the Transaction ID to enter in the registration form.

3) Before going to the registration form, make a copy of your short film trailer in MP4 format to upload in registration form.

4) Then go to the registration form provided below for the registration.

5) The short film should not exceed 10 - 12 mins.

6) The registration fee for this event is 300 rupees.

7) Participants must bring copy of their short film at the time of event.

8) All short films in languages other than English & Telugu should have sub-titles.

9) Any short film showcasing vulgarity will be rejected.
